The CYJ14-3.5-53 Direct-Drive Beam Pumping Unit is a newly developed design based on traditional beam pumping units. This high-torque direct-drive system replaces the original "motor + belt + reducer" power train with a high-torque permanent magnet synchronous motor for direct drive.
·Simplified Structure & High Efficiency: The original mechanical structure is simplified, improving transmission efficiency.
·Compact Design: The permanent magnet composite motor is structurally compact, with a volume smaller than reducers of equivalent torque specifications.
·High Efficiency: The permanent magnet composite motor requires no cooling measures (natural air cooling) while maintaining high efficiency: rated efficiency exceeds 90%, with an average efficiency of over 85% under loads above 25%.
·Low Noise: The optimized permanent magnet composite motor operates quietly, making it suitable for residential areas, scenic zones, and urban oilfields, minimizing environmental impact.
·Maintenance-Free: Reduced drive components enhance system efficiency, lower failure rates, and increase reliability. No lubrication replacement is required, reducing operating costs.
·Self-Protection: The motor offers multiple protections, including overload self-protection and inverter-based overvoltage/overcurrent protection.
·Smart Control: Real-time monitoring of well status via data collection (no additional sensors required). Supports remote control, speed adjustment, fault alarms, and big data management.
