The high-speed forging hydraulic press unit is a new type of open-die forging equipment developed in the 1980s. It is an upgraded product of forging equipment such as open-die forging hammers, hydraulic presses and oil hydraulic presses.

Structural form: Small-sized high-speed forging presses mainly use a double-column pull-down structure, which has the characteristics of low center of gravity, good stability, and small hydraulic impact; medium and large-sized high-speed forging presses use a push-down structure to reduce the inertia of the moving parts. It is easy to accurately control the forging accuracy, increase the forging frequency, save energy and protect the environment.
Operating mode: manual, automatic, semi-automatic, and combined operation.
