Who We Are

LS International Middle East (LSIME) was established in Dubai in 2001 as a subsidiary of Lanzhou LS Energy Equipment International Engineering Co., Ltd. (LSIEC). LSIEC is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lanzhou LS Group Co., Ltd. (LS Group for short) and is the professional company responsible for the sales and marketing of all the subsidiaries under LS Group.

Our Heritage

Lanzhou LS Group Co., Ltd., founded in 1953, was formed from the merger of Lanzhou Refinery and Petrochemical Plant and Lanzhou Petroleum Machinery Works, which were two of the 156 key projects of China's "First Five-Year Plan". Having achieved 113 industry-first breakthroughs in China's machinery history, LS Group is acclaimed as the "Backbone of China's Petrochemical Machinery" and a "Meritorious Enterprise in National Equipment Manufacturing", and ranks among China's Top 100 Machinery Industrial Enterprises.

We have established 3 overseas sales companies in the United States, Russia, and UAE, with market coverage extending to oil and gas-rich regions and countries across the Americas, the Middle East, Central Asia, and Russia.
Our leading products, including oil drilling rigs, pumping units, oil refining and petrochemical equipment, plate heat exchangers, high-speed forging presses, radial forging machines, high-end metal materials, castings and forgings, are exported to over 40 countries and regions, such as the United States, Russia, the Middle East, Canada, Turkmenistan, India, Kazakhstan, Algeria, Brazil, and ASEAN nations.

Our Business

LS Group contributes to China's construction of a manufacturing powerhouse with its energy equipment solutions.It has built strengths of traditional industries centered around oil and gas drilling and production, petroleum refining and petrochemical, coal chemical equipment, and integrated solutions. LS Group is also developing strategic emerging industries focusing on new energy equipment for “nuclear, hydrogen, photovoltaic, and energy storage”, intelligent metal rolling equipment, high-end lathe, high-efficiency energy-saving heat exchange equipment, as well as high-temperature alloys and nano materials. Additionally, LS group is engaged in producer services such as engineering consulting and design services, inspection and testing, digital and intelligent solutions, inspection and maintenance services. With integrated comprehensive service capabilities encompassing R&D and design, manufacturing, EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) contracting, investment and operation, and after-sales inspection, LS Group is striving to become a world-class provider of integrated energy equipment solutions.

Our Certificate

LS Group was the first company in China to obtain the design and manufacturing license for Class I, II, and III pressure vessels, the first to obtain the ASME U and U2 pressure vessel certificates and stamps, the first to obtain the API certificate, the first to obtain the NBBI R certificate, and the first to obtain the PED certification issued by EU BV(Bureau Veritas). LS Group also holds a national nuclear safety equipment design and manufacturing license (Classes II and III). LS Group took the lead in obtaining the ISO9001 quality management system certificate and GB/T45001 occupational health and safety management system certificate.

1953

The Preparatory Office of Lanzhou Petroleum Machinery Works was established.

1955

Lanzhou Refinery and Petrochemical Plant was established.

1958

Lanzhou Petroleum Machinery Works and Lanzhou Refinery and Petrochemical Plant merged to form Lanzhou Petroleum and Chemical Machinery Factory (LS Factory).

2000

Lanzhou LS-National Oilwell Petroleum Engineering Co., Ltd. (LS-NOW), a Sino-American Joint Venture, was established between Lanzhou Petrochemical Machinery Equipment and Engineering Group (LS Group) and National Oilwell International, Inc. (NOV).

2002

Lanzhou LS Group Company Limited was formally established.

2010

Qingdao LS was established and put into operation, significantly enhancing the manufacturing capacity of large-scale pressure vessels.

2013

The project of relocating from the city to the industrial park started.

2013

Lanzhou LS Energy Equipment International Engineering Co., Ltd. was established.

2014

Lanzhou LS Heavy Equipment Co., Ltd. went public (Stock Code: 603169).

2015

Xinjiang LS was established and put into operation, making a strong foray into the field of coal chemical equipment.

2016

LS International Middle East FZE was established.

2017

LS acquired Ruize Petrochemical, achieving a transformation from single equipment manufacturing to system integration services.

2021

LS acquired CNNC Jiahua, achieving a seamless integration across the entire nuclear energy equipment industry chain.

2023

Guangdong LS Ammonia-Hydrogen Energy Equipment Co., Ltd. was established to expand into hydrogen-ammonia-methanol new energy equipment industry.

2025

Gansu Xinghuo Intelligent CNC Machine Tool Co., Ltd. joined LS Group as a subsidiary.
