Product Overview
The organic solid waste low-temperature carbonization technology equipment precisely separates the complete incineration process traditionally conducted in a single furnace, into three distinct reactions (drying + carbonization + combustion), occurring in separate reactors respectively. Since the solid material does not participate in combustion, and only the combustible oil and gas produced from the carbonization of organic solid waste are burned, thus it achieved high efficiency and environmental protection.

·The carbonization of organic waste produces biochar (various uses) and combustible gas (power and recycle). The output of inorganic waste is intelligently sorted into metals, glass products, and sand and stone materials.
·The carbonization reaction takes place in a non-oxygen environment, generating very little harmful and toxic substances. The content of dioxins is only 1/10 or even less of that in incineration, and it can achieve environmental protection compliance emissions at a very low cost.
