16 tank-type pressure vessels manufactured by LSHEC for the 1.5 million tons/year aromatics and supporting oil refining renovation project of Jiujiang Petrochemical have been fully completed and delivered successively.
Adopting independent technologies developed by Sinopec, the project will build a complete industrial chain covering oil refining, aromatics, PTA (Purified Terephthalic Acid), PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) and end products after completion. It is of great significance to promoting industrial upgrading in Jiujiang City and facilitating the transformation of the petrochemical industry in Jiangxi Province.
The 16 customized equipment supplied by LSHEC include cryogenic crystallization ethylene tanks and subcooled crystallization propylene tanks. All products are made of S30408 stainless steel, with stringent requirements on manufacturing process standards, pressure resistance and tightness performance.
Up to now, four pieces of equipment including ethylene refrigerant subcooled tanks and ethylene refrigerant intercooled tanks have arrived at the project site.
