Recently, the 25MN high speed forging press unit developed by Lanzhou LS Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd. (LSHM) for a customer in Shaanxi successfully completed hot commissioning and was officially put into operation, significantly boosting the customer's production capacity for large-scale precision forgings.
The main press adopts a push-down type, pre-stressed frame, and double columns structure, offering excellent rigidity and strong resistance to off-center loads. The unit is equipped with one mass-separation forging manipulator and one rotary lifting table, forming a highly efficient and coordinated operation system. At present, the unit is operating at full capacity, forging materials such as titanium alloy TA1 and pure titanium alloy TC4, with all operational indicators meeting design requirements.
The unit employs advanced intelligent control technology, supported by an automated industrial control unit. Through an industrial Ethernet network, it enables data exchange and intelligent coordination between the computer station and the engineer station, achieving unified management, coordinated collaboration, and modular processing. This effectively overcomes the efficiency bottlenecks and high energy consumption commonly associated with traditional forging presses.
