The manufacturing of both offshore modular drilling rig masts and land drilling rig masts is progressing simultaneously, with both entering key manufacturing stages. Notably, the production of this offshore mast is independently undertaken for the first time by a team that has long been engaged in land drilling rig mast manufacturing, marking a highlight of this production campaign.
Offshore modular drilling rig masts have long been a key and difficult task in workshop production due to their high technical requirements and complex processes. To ensure the successful completion of the project, after thorough investigation and evaluation, the workshop decided to assign the independent production of this offshore mast to the experienced land drilling rig mast team. Upon receiving the task, the team responded promptly, held multiple rounds of discussions, conducted detailed analysis of each process, and integrated a number of innovative approaches to fully prepare for taking the lead for the first time.
Meanwhile, the land drilling rig mast is being manufactured by another team with mature production procedures, exquisite operating skills and rich manufacturing experience, providing solid guarantee for the smooth delivery of the mast.
