Recently, welding Workshop of LSPE has fully committed itself to the production of offshore drilling rig mast. Everyone upholds the belief of "becoming steel through repeated tempering" and spares no effort in this crucial task, racing against both quality and schedule with a spirit of striving for excellence.
In recent years, the workshop has successively undertaken the manufacturing tasks for multiple offshore drilling rig mast. From the trial production and overcoming of difficulties for the first mast to today's mass production and efficient delivery of mast; from repeatedly tackling technical challenges at the beginning to now confidently managing the entire production process—every leap forward has been a condensation of the sweat and wisdom of all employees. Looking back at the production process of the first set of modular mast, the difficulty of ensuring the assembly accuracy between modules to meet the requirements specified in the drawings could only be remedied through other means. Through reviewing and analyzing the production process, a new process plan was innovatively proposed. Verified by practice, it successfully broke through the technical bottleneck, laying a solid technical foundation for the subsequent large-scale production of offshore engineering derricks.
Moving forward, with the comprehensive implementation of the digital transformation project, next-generation information technology will be deeply integrated with manufacturing technology, driving the iterative upgrading of the production model. The workshop will rely on smarter equipment, more efficient processes, and leaner management to continuously enhance its core manufacturing competitiveness, injecting strong impetus into the company's in-depth exploration of the offshore engineering equipment sector and its pursuit of high-quality development.
