Recently, 17 sets of key equipment manufactured by LS Heavy Equipment Co., Ltd. for the coal gasification unit of the first phase of the Olefin, Aromatic and Deep Processing Project under the 15 million tons/year Coal Graded Clean and Efficient Conversion Demonstration Project of Shaanxi Coal Group Yulin Chemical Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Shaanxi Coal Yulin Chemical"), which is undertaken by Aerospace Long March Chemical Engineering Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Aerospace Engineering") under EPC general contracting mode, have been completed and delivered one after another.
The coal gasification unit of the project adopts the independently developed pressurized pulverized coal gasification technology of Aerospace Engineering. The equipment fabricated by LS Heavy Equipment includes 9 sets of pressurized carbon dioxide buffer tanks, 2 sets of high-pressure nitrogen buffer tanks, 4 sets of coal conveying carbon dioxide buffer tanks and 2 sets of carbon dioxide water washing towers. These facilities serve to provide syngas feedstock for the unit and offer equipment support for the stable operation of subsequent units such as methanol synthesis and methanol-to-olefin.
At present, 4 sets of pressurized carbon dioxide buffer tanks have been completed and shipped, and the remaining equipment is being manufactured intensively in accordance with the schedule.
